Message: Jocelyn the manager helped me this afternoon and she was quick and friendly. She answered all my questions. I'm not sure why everyone is complaining really, I was in and out. I suggest everyone MAKES AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE before coming in if you need a banker. Otherwise teller line is the usual wait at any bank, it might be no one in line OR it may be a long line. I don't mind if I have to wait, I rather they do what I need right and take there time. Maybe keep a good window open when you need to go to the bank. Idk. Great Bank of America!
