Message: I called and tony answered, I stopped by and he was able to help clarify all my questions before heading to work today! Thank you. I had to come back and thank Tony again, for going ABOVE AND BEYOND to resolve my issue. I drove all the way to the bank today however he was in a meeting. Message: Today I got hopelessly lost and had no phone connection ( for some unknown reason T Mobile?? ) nor did I have an old fashioned paper map. I had to be at an appointment by 1pm and I was running late. I called into this branch of BofA because I needed some cash but asked their representative if she could help me find my intended location. She was so kind and caring and could see I was very flustered at being lost. Not only did she find my destination but actually printed out instructions for me. This was above and beyond every kindness I can imagine and I thank her for being so patient with my plight of no phone or map. Thank goodness I own Bank of America stock because they surely deserve my investment. Thank You.
