Message: Bank of America is the best in the business for small business accounts; However there needs to a Business Account Manager and not this Customer Relationship Manager who do not know anything about business. I went there to get one document signed which I had to do at the bank this girl could not even access my account. I gave her my ID which matches my account and business license for my LLC. She then ask me for another form of ID with my picture on it so I gave my Veterans Adminisitration Retired Card which was not good enough either. All it was a darn Signature card. It handled now they are sending to me again and I will just mail back. I am not coming back to until there is a business relationship manager at that bank. #SmallBusiness are the economy Step up desert inn I will wait for an apology Thanks.
